Projectors

Projectors (21% of the population) are designed to work with and guide the energy of others, but this only flows smoothly when they are recognized and invited to share their unique abilities and traits. When recognized and appreciated, they will receive appropriate invitations, and they need to use their authority to discern whether which of these callings is correct for them. Without invitation, the projector may be rejected even when being helpful. Projectors need more knowledge of Design than Manifestors and Generators, because of their natural interests and the fact that they are systems analysts. When they are recognized for what they truly are, and incorporated into what they can facilitate, they will be able to express their capcitiy to recognize, appreciate, and guide others. If they attempt to act or to join in without an invitation, they tend to meet resistance.

Strategy: For the major decisions in life, (marriage, career, family, love, etc.) it is best to wait for an invitation. This is the signal of your being recognized. Do not instruct others how to appreciate you.
